Your donation furthers the mission of Project Due Process to provide financial and legal resources to the LGBTQ community whose Due Process rights have been infringed upon.

Project Due Process is recognized as a publicly supported charitable organization described in Section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code. Your contribution may be tax-deductible to the fullest extent permitted by law. PDP does not provide legal or accounting advice, and donors are urged to consult their own legal or tax advisors. If you do not receive a receipt in your email and would like one, please email us at contact@projectdueprocess.org.

How are donations used? As a nonprofit organization, Project Due Process relies on the generosity of others to help us achieve our mission. Donations from individuals, businesses, and foundations enable us to provide services and support to LGBTQ individuals who's lives have been affected by Due Process violations.

Donations are primarily used to assist individuals with their legal fees due to financial hardship brought on by their rights being violated. Their level of assistance is determined by a selection committee after they have reviewed and accepted the individual(s) application for assistance. As with any organization there are operating costs, and a small portion of donations will be used for administrative and operating costs.
